Is IvyPro safe?
Some forms of teeth whitening can be harmful and cause permanent damage to teeth depending on the ingredients used.
Negative effects are most commonly seen from the use of Hydrogen Peroxide, which is a known irritant to organic material. (this is why dentists spend so much time covering the gums before treatement) Our serum has been developed for use at home, where most of us don't have access to a dentist in our living room.
PAPro can effectively whiten stains without compromising the health of teeth to leave your smile brighter and healthier. Not only that, but the IvyPro whitening formula also contains key ingredients that are proven to improve the strength of teeth and relieve any pre-existing sensitivity.
We are proudly free from the following; PEG, SLS, Parabens, Phthalates, Alcohol, Carrageenan, Toluene, and Triclosan.
How does PAP whiten?
PAP oxidises tooth stains in a similar way to Peroxide, without releasing harmful molecules known as free radicals (free radicals are what damage enamel and cause severe sensitivity).
This means during the whitening process there is no damage or erosion to the enamel. The outer layers of your teeth remain intact and can continue to protect the nerves whilst being effectively whitened.
The PAP whitening process targets a wide variety of tooth stains internally and externally and is clinically proven to show results after just 1 treatment.
How long until I see results?
PAP has been formulated to reverse stains and whiten teeth from the very first treatment, but we recommend a full 2 week course to maximise your whitening levels.
Once you are happy, we recommend doing one whitening treatment per week to maintain the results.
What if I have Veneers?
Veneers, caps, implants, bonding or bridges aren’t designed to be whitened and require special care from your dentist.
Our PAP whitening formula works to oxidise stains from natural teeth, however, it may be helpful at keeping your surrounding teeth the same shade as the ones that have had dental work.
We always recommend checking with your dentist before using our products to ensure it is suitable for you.
